Educating and Protecting Senior Citizens
Geoff Scott is not only a protector but an educator who offers protection and knowledge to senior citizens. An advocate for the baby boomers, The Senior Bodyguard traces everything from aging, to elderly abuse, to financial planning, to caring for the caregiver.
He began his professional life as an 11 Charlie Paratrooper/Infantryman in the US army. Life led him to Washington, D.C. where he not only worked at Arlington National Cemetery, but for the White House and Pentagon as well. He also served as the personal body guard for the Saudi Royal Family whenever they were in town.
His passion to protect led him to the emergency response team. With his weekends free, he pursued his childhood dream of becoming a WWF wrestler under the name of Blazing Brett Taylor and the Masked Executioner.
A tragic back injury while on duty led him to the next chapter of his life, owning a professional wrestling school. The business was thriving and soon was sold in hopes to gain more stability for his family by becoming a nurse. Upon graduation of nursing school, Geoff was hired as a surgical nurse.
Wanting to put his education and business knowledge to better use, in 2005, Geoff started Friends of the Family, a home health care company. It was during this chapter of his life where The Senior Bodyguard came to be. Senior citizens were being taken advantage of, scammed and stolen from. Geoff made it his mission to put an end to this.
