About Sandy
Sandy Kastel has a vision and she is bringing artists together from all genres,
showcasing their talents in events, community outreach programs and raising
funds for scholarships with Women in Music and Arts dedicated to
“Empowering Artists of All Ages through Education & Mentorship.”
Sandy has been performing on stages in Las Vegas and around the world since
she was a young girl, with a musical career that includes singing, acting and
dancing in musicals, plays, commercials, film and television in various venues -
supper clubs, resorts, hotels, private parties and nightclubs; from Las Vegas to
L.A.; Nashville to New York, this dynamic singer is known for her positive
attitude, down-to-earth charm, and her powerful, sultry voice. She loves all
music, the depths of Jazz to the heart of Broadway, the soul of Blues to the
simple truths of Country music, Sandy sings as she feels—deeply, passionately.
Her interpretation of the classic torch song My Man touched an audience of
50,000, received a standing ovation making Sandy Kastel the first non-classical
singer to receive a talent award in the Miss America Pageant.
As a songwriter she writes about what she knows, feels or learns from others,
expressing herself passionately, declaring her independence in
“Don’t Tell Me I Can’t,” passing every obstacle on the road in
“Nashville Tonight,” being playful in “Rope Me A Cowboy,” and tackling the
pain of losing a loved one in her newest single. “Indiana Rain.” A believer in
creating our own successes Sandy encourages everyone to
“follow your dreams, pursue your passions and enjoy the journey.”

“Sandy Kastel is a wonderfully talented vocalist whose style is definitely rooted in the past. On her album This Time Around Sandy gives a stellar performance and ends with a terrific rendition of Somewhere Over The Rainbow.”

“Possessing soothing sultry vocals, Kastel leads the orchestra on musical explorations with a Frank Sinatra medley featuring bits of “All of Me,” “I’ve Got You Under My Skin,” and “Just One of Those Things.” Sinatra would be proud.”

“This high-octane siren releases the aura of what Vegas entertainment was and still is. Kastel has all the characteristic signs of a star-class entertainer with an attitude only she can deliver. This hometown girl reveals her passionate love affair for the city with each performance.”

“Sandy is without a doubt a great performer and on stage is on par with the best that Las Vegas has to offer. Her soft kitten like voice purrs to the tunes in a similar style of the late Marilyn Monroe, but she can crank up the torch power and belt it out like the power house singers of that bygone era when all of these songs were great.”
Justin Scro, Cashbox Magazine
