About Charlotte
Charlotte Evans is an award winning journalist who has 25 years experience in radio and television. She worked
for 18 years as a local television news anchor for KLAS-TV, Channel 8, the CBS affiliate in Las Vegas. She has
interviewed presidents, celebrities and newsmakers, and has given live coverage of some of the biggest news
stories of the last 20 years! Her newscasts have earned Electronic Media Awards for Best Newscast in the region,
and other accolades. Charlotte Evans is a 3-time winner of the Best Anchor award from APTRA, the Associate
Press, Television and Radio Awards. She is also a winner of the Best Television News Anchor award from WIC,
Working in Communications, and is a winner of The Golden Mic Award for live coverage of breaking news.
Charlotte takes her skill as a journalist and an interviewer to radio in a format that allows her to explore the
depths of subject matter in a flexible talk forum. She joined KLAV 1230 AM in 2012 to bring her knowledge of
the Las Vegas Valley, and life experiences, to a larger, more interactive audience.
Charlotte devotes much of her time to volunteer work and charities in the Las Vegas valley. She currently
resides in Henderson with her family, including her 12-year-old daughter and their boxer/bulldog, Rocky.

Rebecca Prephan is a public speaker and founder of Talk Feel Heal, “the gateway to finding your center.”
Rebecca has a Master’s Degree in Psychology and Marriage and Family Therapy. She facilitates workshops
incorporating insight and intuitive therapy for groups and individuals. By helping and teaching others how to live
the life they not only desire, but truly deserve, Rebecca is fulfilling one of her life’s ambitions.
Rebecca Prephan has vast experience working in cities across the country as a spokesperson, both on and off
camera, as a model, and as a motivational speaker. She incorporates traditional therapy along with intuitive
knowledge in her seminars, guiding others to find their own solutions.
Rebecca Prephan and Charlotte Evans have known each other for several years. Prior to developing their
friendship and working relationship, Rebecca would tune in daily to watch Charlotte Evans on the local news on
KLAS-TV, Channel 8. Now, they have joined forces to inform, educate and entertain others in the Las Vegas
valley. Their unique conversations with newsmakers offer new perspective and enlightenment for listeners to
enjoy.
